How do returns work?
You have 30 days after delivery to return it, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid label and refund the bag price fast once it arrives. The original €10 shipping fee isn't refunded.

How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Skip the washing machine and dryer: machine washing strips the water-resistant coating.

Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. It works as your personal item on most flights: under the seat in crossbody mode, backpack for everything you pick up along the way.
