Shipping policy

We ship from Berlin to wherever chaos calls you — across the European Union.

Shipping Zones

📦 We currently ship within the European Union.

Outside the EU? Not yet — but stay tuned.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over €100: Free shipping (because we love commitment).

  • Orders under €100: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are packed with care (and maybe some attitude) within 2–3 business days.

We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — even rebels need rest.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. From there, it’s typically:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of EU: 4–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated times. We can’t control customs, strikes, or postal gods.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered, it’s out of our hands. If it gets lost along the way, reach out to the carrier first — and then drop us a line at hello@enganyo.com. We’ll see what we can do.

Need to Update Your Shipping Info?
