We ship from Berlin to wherever chaos calls you — across the European Union.

Outside the EU? Not yet — but stay tuned.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over €100. Orders under €100 ship for a flat €10 anywhere in the EU.

Processing Time

All orders are packed with care (and maybe some attitude) within 2–3 business days.

We don't ship on weekends or holidays — even rebels need rest.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. From there, it's typically:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of EU: 4–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated times. We can't control customs, strikes, or postal gods.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered, it's out of our hands. If it gets lost along the way, reach out to the carrier first — and then drop us a line at hello@enganyo.com. We'll see what we can do.
