Refund policy
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days, we're no longer able to accept returns.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@enganyo.com with your order number. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Pack the bag, attach the label, and drop it off at any parcel drop-off point listed on the label.
What gets refunded
Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund covers the full product cost.
If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over €100), you'll receive the full amount back. If a €10 shipping fee was charged, this fee is not refundable.
Return shipping is on us
We cover the return shipping label. You don't pay anything to send the bag back.
Condition of returned items
Bags must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Damaged or defective items
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, email hello@enganyo.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with either a full refund (including original shipping) or a 25% discount if you'd like to keep the bag.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different colour or model is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Refund method and timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. After we process it on our side, your bank may take a few additional business days to show the credit. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed the refund, email us at hello@enganyo.com.
