Changed your mind, or something is not quite right? No problem.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
How to start your return
- Log in to your account at enganyo.com/account using the email from your order.
- Open your order and click Request a return.
- Select the item, choose a reason, and add a short note.
- We review it and email you a prepaid return label (a QR code for your phone). Return shipping is on us.
- Drop the parcel off at the point shown on the label. Once we receive it, we issue your refund.
Refunds
- Return shipping is free. We cover the label.
- Refunds cover the product cost. The original shipping fee is not refunded. Orders over 100 EUR shipped free, so those are refunded in full.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or faulty item?
We are sorry. Reply to our email with a photo and we will fast-track it. You can choose a full refund (we cover return shipping) or keep the bag and get 25% back.
